Please note: Students have to prove their status. The LAK fee includes conference abstracts, conference documentation, ice-breaker and coffee breaks.
Conference dinner party: € 20,00
Accompanying person € 30,00
The fee for accompanying persons includes ice-breaker and coffee breaks.
Technical details
Registration must be accompanied by payment to ensure further processing. Registration fee will only be refunded if cancellation notice is sent before February 28, 2011. We will do our best to grant an allowance to a limited number of young scientists. Please contact us for further information.

Abstract submission
Abstract submission deadline expired.
Participants interested in giving an oral or poster presentation will be required to submit an abstract prior to the deadline. All abstracts will be reviewed for content.
Abstract specifications and submission instructions:
A. Limit of one page (DIN A4) including references
B. No figures allowed
C. Abstract, title, author(s)' name, affiliation and cited references (refer to this template for guidance)
D. Abstracts must be submitted by email as attached computer files in either MS Word or Adobe pdf format; abstracts will be returned to the authors if revisions are necessary
E. Indicate in the email transmittal letter:
a. whether an oral or poster presentation is preferred (From the interest survey responses, we may not be able to accommodate as many oral presentations as requested).
b. the author who will be giving the oral presentation
